Our 5-layer self-adherent wound dressings are designed to absorb 15 times the exudate, promoting a healthy moisture environment that aids in faster wound healing. The A+ medical-grade hypoallergenic soft silicone layer absorbs dead tissue cells, sticking securely to dry skin without causing pain or trauma during dressing changes. The semi-permeable PU film layer is water-resistant and breathable, providing a barrier that allows oxygen and water vapor to pass through while protecting the wound healing process.

The unique 2mm thick foam core layer maximizes absorbency, with the SAF (Semi-Adsorbent Foam) layer locking in exudates to avoid maceration, and the nonwoven layer disperses exudate efficiently. This makes our dressings more absorbent than traditional bandage gauze, reducing the frequency of changes needed.
