We use A+ medical-grade hypoallergenic silicone to ensure gentle contact with the wound. This material absorbs dead tissue cells efficiently without sticking to a moist wound. It provides strong, yet gentle adhesion to dry skin, ensuring a comfortable wear and reducing pain at dressing changes.

BARRIER AGAINST WOUND POLLUTION

Our semi-permeable PU film layer is both waterproof and breathable. This allows the passage of oxygen and water vapor, while preventing wound contamination. The breathable film ensures a healthy moisture environment, promoting faster healing.

Our foam dressing features a thick foam core layer that maximizes absorption. The SAF layer prevents maceration by locking fluids in place, and the nonwoven layer disperses exudate, making this dressing more absorbent than traditional bandage gauze. You won't need to change it as frequently, saving you time and effort.
