Our 1S dressing is designed for optimal exudate management. With a unique SAP-composite absorbent core, it absorbs exudate and converts it to gel in just 1 second, significantly reducing the risk of maceration. It can absorb up to 20 times its own weight in exudate, minimizing the need for frequent dressing changes.
The dressing features a 360° outward extension thanks to its unique internal cutting design. This makes it more elastic and less prone to dislodgement, ensuring a better fit and comfort for the wearer. Additionally, this ultra-absorbent bandage boasts excellent breathability, preventing the bandage from compressing the wound or falling off due to excessive exudate.
The self-adhesive silicone contact layer gently adheres to the skin, allowing for even dispersion of exudate, especially thick liquids, without sticking to the wound bed. The silicone net and inner precut foam ensure that exudate is evenly distributed, minimizing secondary wound damage. The repeatable adhesion feature makes it easier and safer to check wound recovery and change dressings, compared to non-adhesive dressings.
The advanced material is both lighter and softer, providing gentle, reproducible adhesion. The inner silicone wound contact layer facilitates repeated wound observations and dressing changes, avoiding secondary injuries and skin trauma.
Our silicone absorbent dressing is indicated for managing moderately to heavily exuding wounds, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, dehisced surgical wounds, bed sores, bruises, I-II degree burns, and other minor injuries. It is also suitable for cancerous and peculiar wounds. However, do not use this product on dry or low exuding wounds, eyes, mucous membranes, or in wound cavities where the dressing may swell during absorption. Do not use on third-degree burns. Additionally, avoid using the product on patients with a known hypersensitivity to the product or its components.
