Instant Absorption and Lock-in Technology The 1S dressing features a unique SAP-composite absorbent core, renowned for its remarkable absorption properties. Exudate is converted into gel within just 1 second, significantly reducing the risk of maceration. This dressing is designed to absorb up to 20 times its own weight, minimizing the need for frequent dressing changes.
360° Elastic Fit and Reduced Dislodgement Our 1S dressing includes a unique internal cutting design that enables it to extend 360° outward, offering improved elasticity and reduced tension. This ensures a better fit and prevents the dressing from becoming taut or falling off due to excessive exudate. The breathability of the bandage also helps in reducing the burden of wound care.
Silicone Ultra-Absorbent Dressing Compared to Nonstick Dressings The 1S dressing boasts a self-adhesive silicone contact layer that gently adheres to the skin, ensuring secure placement. The silicone net and inner precut foam evenly disperse exudate, especially thick liquid, over the dressing without causing secondary wound damage. Its repeatable adhesion allows for easy monitoring of wound recovery and changing the dressing, making it safer and more convenient compared to non-adhesive dressings.
Soft Wound Care Material Upgrade This dressing is made from an upgraded lightweight, soft material, providing a gentle, reproducible adhesive layer for repeated wound observations and dressing changes. It minimizes the risk of secondary injuries and skin trauma.
Usage Indications and Contraindications The 1S dressing is indicated for managing moderately to heavily exuding wounds, such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and dehisced surgical wounds. It is also suitable for bedsores, bruises, I-II degree burns, and other minor injuries, along with cancerous and peculiar wounds. However, avoid using this product on dry or low exuding wounds, eyes, mucous membranes, or within wound cavities. Additionally, it should not be used on third-degree burns. Do not use on patients with a known hypersensitivity to the product or its components.
