Category: Hydrocolloid Wound Dressing
The main raw material of our product is medical hot melt glue and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The hydrocolloid dressing is composed of three layers: the bottom PU film, the hydrocolloid layer, and the release film. This multi-layer design ensures effective protection and optimal healing conditions.
Our hydrocolloid dressing is specifically designed to manage small to medium amounts of wound exudate. It reacts with wound fluids to form a gel-like covering that protects the wound while maintaining a moist environment, which is crucial for the healing process.
When the dressing absorbs exudates, it forms a gel, making it easy to remove. For a smoother removal, a small amount of normal saline can be used to reduce sticking and discomfort. This feature ensures a pain-free and hygienic removal process.
Our hydrocolloid dressing is versatile and can be used for various wound types, including surgery, burns, abrasions, skin donor sites, chronic wounds, and healing wounds. For conditions such as bedsores, leg ulcers, and infectious ulcers, our product demonstrates better efficacy.
Each dressing measures 4" x 4" and comes in a box with 10 pieces. All dressings are manufactured in a safe facility and individually packaged to prevent contamination, ensuring a sterile environment. Suitable for use in hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities, our product is designed for reliable and effective wound care.
