Ideal for wounds within 5.5" x 4.9" (foam pad size), our Border 7" x 7" product is perfect for moderately to highly exudating wounds like sacrum bedsore wounds (Stage 1-4), surgical incisions, pressure ulcers, neuropathic ulcers, arterial ulcers, skin tears, and burns. It’s commonly used in hospitals, senior care homes, hospices, and other medical facilities.

MAKE LIFE EASIER - The foam dressing features a thick foam core layer that absorbs up to 15 times its weight, providing cushioning and preventing maceration. The nonwoven layer disperses exudate more efficiently than traditional bandage gauze, reducing the need for frequent changes.

BARRIER AGAINST WOUND POLLUTION - Our semi-permeable PU film layer ensures the product is both waterproof and breathable. This layer allows oxygen and water vapor to pass through, preventing wound contamination while maintaining a healthy healing environment.

GENTLE BUT SECURE ADHESION - We use A+ medical-grade hypoallergenic silicone as the wound contact layer. This adhesive absorbs dead tissue cells, ensuring it doesn’t stick to moist wounds, while providing strong enough adhesion to connect to dry skin. Minimizing pain and trauma during dressing changes.
